Site content and the Presens brand are owned by Presens or our licensors. You may view materials for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use needs our written permission. Client work shown on the Site remains subject to applicable rights and agreements.

Sending an enquiry does not create a client relationship. Project scope, fees, and deliverables are set only in a separate written agreement. We may use information you submit to respond to you and operate our business.

The Site is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, Presens disclaims warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability related to the Site is limited to USD $100, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA. Disputes will be handled in Ohio courts, except where mandatory local consumer laws require otherwise. Please contact contact@presens.agency before filing a formal claim.
